Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and lead in various departments within our restaurant:
- Kitchen Department:
- Execute inventory management, ensuring optimal food cost and profitability
- Maintain quality assurance standards
- Hospitality Department:
- Oversee local store merchandising
- Be a great community partner
- Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction
- Technology Department:
- Keep all equipment in working order
- Oversee a team for troubleshooting technology issues in the day-to-day operating environment
- People Department:
- Oversee our most important assetpeople!
- In charge of hiring, orientation, and training processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fast-food industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
