Nous recherchons Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) de comptes commercial pour rejoindre notre équipe!
Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :- Mener lévaluation des besoins, discuter et démontrer la valeur ajoutée et les capacités de Novisto aux prospects.
- Collaborer et coordonner les efforts avec les différentes parties prenantes et les représentants des différentes fonctions et équipes au sein du compte cible.
- Vous vous concentrez sur la croissance de nouveaux revenus provenant des clients potentiels de lentreprise ou de la société.
- Préparer des présentations efficaces avec le soutien de lingénieur commercial.
- Préparer des propositions/répondre à des demandes dinformation, négocier et traiter les conditions commerciales afin de conclure la vente.
- Prendre contact avec les prospects qui ont été générés par notre équipe dAccount Development Representative, par nos campagnes de marketing ou par des recommandations.
- Veiller à ce que nos solutions soient livrées en temps voulu et avec succès, conformément aux besoins et aux objectifs du client.
- Assurer la liaison avec les prospects et les clients.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) avec les informations relatives aux clients.
- Représenter Novisto lors dévénements industriels.
- Partager les informations sur les clients avec les équipes de produits et de marketing.
- Baccalauréat en commerce, finance, marketing, durabilité ou 6 ans dexpérience dans la vente de logiciels/SAAS.
- Minimum de 5 ans dexpérience dans la vente de logiciels au niveau commercial.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite ainsi quà lécoute active (la maîtrise du français est un atout).
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la négociation.
- Maîtrise de lapproche consultative de la vente
- Solides compétences en matière de présentation
- Vous êtes autonome, motivé et orienté vers les résultats.
- La motivation, le courage et la concentration nécessaires pour développer un nouveau marché.
