Periodontist
seeking predictable, well-supported clinical days that can be coordinated alongside an existing practice or professional commitments. At Benevis, our mission is to expand access to high-quality, affordable dental care for patients in underserved communities. We support specialists who want to focus on patient care while delivering meaningful clinical impact. travel into El Paso is welcomed and supported. This role involves providing periodontal and implant surgical care across a range of case types. Same-day surgical care may be part of the practice model when clinically appropriate, alongside scheduled consults, follow-ups, and planned surgical procedures. Provide full-scope periodontal and implant surgery, including: Pocket reduction and osseous surgery Manage a mix of surgical cases, consults, and follow-ups based on patient need Collaborate with general dentists, hygienists, and assistants to support efficient care delivery and case acceptance Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards Active Texas dental license Experience providing periodontal and implant surgery in a clinical practice setting Comfortable working within flexible scheduling models, including occasional same-day surgical care
