• Set and implement the strategic vision for Applied Intelligence’s data ecosystem, including data science and engineering.
• Assess generative AI proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs, evaluating feasibility, stack compatibility, and build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Work collaboratively with digital teams, senior architects, and stakeholders to design comprehensive AI solutions within the enterprise.

• Translate business needs into robust data solutions and own the data strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence within Applied Intelligence.
• Work closely with teams and senior architects to define strategies for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs for impactful and effective implementations.
• Shape AI strategy and oversee the delivery of LLM‑based solutions that enhance customer and marketing outcomes.

• Architect early‑stage generative AI initiatives, directing proof‑of‑concept (PoC) and prototype development in collaboration with teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert on generative AI, providing guidance to cross‑functional teams including digital, platform, and governance stakeholders.

• Execute deployment strategies and provide technical guidance on containerization, performance monitoring, and production deployment.
• Consult on leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP to facilitate scalable model deployment.
• Partner with developers and engineers to deploy machine learning algorithms that drive measurable business value.

• Collaborate with cloud vendors to integrate Responsible AI principles and standards into LLM evaluations and applications, ensuring ethical and secure AI deployment.
• Evaluate generative AI solutions across teams, identifying technical risks such as debt accumulation and overlapping initiatives.

• Advocate for the adoption of cutting‑edge data technologies and methodologies, including AI‑driven data processing, machine learning pipelines, and automated data integration.
• Design reusable assets, solutions, and develop best practices for current and future business problems.
• Consult on complex analyses and advanced machine learning methods to solve challenging business problems.

• Operate across multiple industries and business functions to deliver AI‑driven customer and marketing transformations.
• Communicate insights and provide strategic guidance to senior client leadership and internal teams.
• Mentor and develop others by sharing your unique expertise and skillsets with the wider Applied Intelligence practice.
