FunctieAls supervisor sta je in voor het onderstaande takenpakket:
- Je leidt je team met enthousiasme en zorgt voor een inspirerende en efficiënte werkomgeving;
- Je zet strategische plannen om in concrete taken en behaalt meetbare resultaten;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor gebouwen, terreinen, wagenpark, loodsapparatuur en andere resources;
- Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met interne stakeholders en leveranciers om alles soepel te laten verlopen;
- Je bewaakt het Operations/Support-budget en zorgt voor kostenefficiëntie;
- Je beheert het lokale milieuzorgsysteem en ziet toe op naleving van milieuregels;
- Je volgt de voortgang op en garandeert dat alles van hoge kwaliteit is.
Wat breng je mee als supervisor?
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van teams en het succesvol uitvoeren van warehouse- en operationele plannen;
- Je kunt processen efficiënt plannen, coördineren en structureren binnen de afdeling;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk en stelt de medewerkers altijd voorop;
- Je kan werken in een uurrooster van 5:00 tot 13:00.
Het bedrijf voorziet het onderstaande waarde pakket als supervisor:
- Je ontvangt een competitief bruto maandsalaris afhankelijk van ervaring tussen €3400 - €5400 bruto;
- Jaarlijkse bonus (90/10);
