It’s an opportunity to directly influence the products customers bring into their homes — from supplier selection and testing protocols to product performance and long-term customer satisfaction. As a Quality Engineer, you’ll partner across merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, and suppliers to solve problems before they reach the customer, improve product performance, and help drive smarter business decisions across a fast-growing retail organization.

Evaluating supplier performance data and identifying opportunities to improve quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
Coordinating product testing, factory audits, certifications, and inspections with third-party partners and global vendors
Collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Legal, Inventory Management, and Merchandising to proactively solve quality challenges
