Customer Service, and execute store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs develop a high-performing team and support the mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. Responsibilities Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations. Metrics – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success. Process & Operations – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency. Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence. Parts Sales & Inventory – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold safety standards. Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding company policies. Qualifications Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities. Flexibility: Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English (preferred). Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail (preferred). Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification (preferred).
