Responsibilities
Perform thorough testing of website features across multiple browsers and devices.
Identify and report bugs, errors, or discrepancies in the website’s functionality, layout, and design.
Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ensure that website content is accurate, up-to-date, and properly displayed.
Execute usability testing and suggest improvements for a better user experience.
Create detailed and accurate test reports, logging issues into the bug-tracking system.
Review the code for performance and accessibility issues (optional, depending on skill level).
Work with the team to ensure website compliance with SEO best practices and web standards.
Monitor site performance and uptime.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in web development and quality assurance.
Knowledge of ReactJS and NodeJS is a plus.
Familiarity with testing processes, tools, and bug-tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A basic understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards is a bonus.
Previous experience in web testing or QA internships is a plus but not required.
