Program Operations Manager – Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Location: Remote (quarterly travel to Tucson, AZ required). Security Clearance: Secret – Current Security Clearance required on day 1. Responsibilities Advise and influence program directors, factory leaders, and external customers using strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills. Manage and execute the processes, standards and plans in support of the OSC strategy. Lead tooling procurement across the Portfolio, implementing cost savings and strategic planning exceeding $20M. Provide Cost Account Management (CAM) support as needed. Engage and support metrics for monthly Management Board Review meetings. Prepare support for proposals, including writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Standard Bidding Tool (SBT). Support Visual Factory programming and dashboard development in Program BI. Assist the Material Program Manager (MPM) team with metrics, data analytics, presentations, and supplier engagements. Implement key performance indicators within Operations to ensure timely delivery and plan adherence. Lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency across OSC processes (CORE). Qualifications University degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years’ experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years’ experience. Experience and knowledge of Raytheon Strategic Make Centers. Understanding of PRISM, SAP and Visual Factory Dashboards. Experience with proposal development and management. Strong presentation skills for communicating strategies to Program Leaders and Customers. Earned Value Management System Certified. Ability to manage complex tasks across multi‑site operations with strong organizational and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with Tucson factories. Experience in data analytics and dashboard development to support metrics. Demonstrated ability to present to Program Leaders and Customers effectively. Proven success in driving operational excellence and efficiency. Benefits Salary range: $132,400–$251,600USD Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Life insurance.
