- Proactive in overseeing the end-to-end execution of complex content projects by managing briefs, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, and timelines to deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes
- Skilled in applying UI and UX expertise to create user-centered, high-quality solutions across desktop, mobile, and email marketing channels
- Adept at bridging business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into design objectives, and deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Motivated to lead and execute product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Committed to establishing and maintaining a scalable design system that enhances Travelzoo's digital presence, while respecting brand standards and local market nuances

You are ideally...
- A seasoned professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience in digital project management or product development, ideally within a creative agency, advertising, marketing communications, or a related environment
- Expert in designing and delivering digital direct-to-consumer products, with a strong portfolio of impactful, design-driven work that emphasizes user engagement and seamless, member-focused experiences
- Adept at managing the full project lifecycle, from scoping and scheduling to resource allocation and delivery, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding timelines and budgets
- Proficient in using design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Protopie, with a solid foundation in user-centered design methodologies
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation, capable of forging and nurturing effective partnerships with internal teams and key decision-makers across the organization.
- Adaptable in working with global or cross-functional teams, demonstrating effective collaboration across different time zones
- Entrepreneurial with a member-focused approach, able to identify new opportunities and drive strategic innovation within a fast-paced environment
- Degree-educated in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
