A career as a Senior Manager, Delivery Performance (Program Manager) in the Data, Acceleration and Transversal Solutions team at National Bank, means serving as a strategic and transformational leader.

In the context of rapid technological evolution, including the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), this role aims to accelerate value delivery, transform work methods and modernize technological capabilities to support the growth and competitiveness of the Bank's Finance sector.

You combine strategic vision, excellence in execution and motivating leadership, with a strong focus on business results and the concrete impact of initiatives.

Your job

• Oversee the governance and execution of a transformation program that brings together several strategic initiatives and interdependent projects
• Supervise and coach project managers and scrum masters involved of the program to ensure rigorous, consistent execution and in line with expected delivery standards
• Support teams’ transformation towards new delivery methods (agility, products, AI-enhanced teams) and develop talent by supporting their evolution
• Influence stakeholders and leaders across various levels to enable decision-making, prioritization (trade-offs), and the successful progress of the transformation
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability among the various teams involved, including external partners, to maximize the value delivered
• Prioritize initiatives based on their value, feasibility and level of risk and aligned with the Bank's strategic objectives
• Ensure the effective and sound management of the program’s scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, decisions, and interdependencies
• Plan and adjust team capacity by identifying gaps, arbitrating resource allocation and optimizing the balance between internal resources, partners and key expertise.

You will report to the Senior Manager - IT Delivery, Finance.  In your role, you will contribute to a major transformation of the Finance sector and will lead all projects in this sector as Program Manager.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Significant experience in program management and governance of complex projects in a rapidly changing business and technology environment
• Proven ability to influence, navigate complexity and advance strategic initiatives in a context of transformation
• Strong expertise in organizational change management
• Experience accelerating transformation (innovation, partnerships, automation and AI)
• Solid knowledge of scope management, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, change and cross-sector coordination
• Coaching, engagement and development of orchestration roles such as project managers and scrum masters
• Very good knowledge of agile delivery practices, portfolio/program monitoring and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and generative AI (e.g., Copilot 365)
• Knowledge of SAP environments for Finance (e.g., S4/Hana, Datasphere, Ariba, etc.) would be an asset.
