IT & Healthcare Recruiter at GENNTE Technologies | Hiring Allied Health & Nursing Professionals Across the USA | Recruiting IT Talent for USA &… We are seeking an experienced data analytics consultant to join our team who specializes in delivering advanced data solutions for US-based clients in banking and financial services. This role involves a deep understanding of the credit market, investment strategy, researching and analyzing financial data along with identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with private credit investment portfolios.
This is a full-time onsite role based out of our client’s office in Manhattan in New York, United States.
Responsibilities This is a Business Analytics Manager role which requires the individual to be hands‑on‑subject‑matter expert of either Financial Analytics and Risk Analytics for Private Equity businesses. As part of this role the individual will be expected to provide expertise and advisory to the customer based on Quantitative Data Analysis, Qualitative Due Diligence and creating high impact dashboards. Experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting analysis, Portfolio monitoring, Financial analytics will be preferred.
Additionally, in this role, this person will have to act as an onsite coordinator for the offshore team. The individual is expected to have excellent communication and delegation skills. The role will include becoming the front face of the offshore team to present outcomes to the client stakeholders and gather requirements.
Data Analytics Solutions: Design, develop, and implement robust data analytics solutions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake data warehouse and prepare dashboards
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Implement analytical frameworks for predictive analytics and data‑driven decision support.
Reports and Dashboards: Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Utilize Streamlit to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards that communicate complex data insights in an easily understandable manner.
Collaboration: Work with business analysts, clients and other stakeholders to understand business requirements for analytical solutions to be developed by self and the offshore team. Deliver high quality client services, including documentation within expected timeframes.
Qualifications
Educational Background: A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
Industry Experience: Previous experience (9+ years) in analytics, preferably in BFSI. Good knowledge in Financial Analytics, Banking Analytics
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python & SQL is essential. Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, AWS Sage maker. Experience in financial modeling and valuations
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Past experience in problem solving roles, strategic initiatives etc.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
