Medical Lab Technician (MLT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) This is a 13-week contract position with potential for extension based on need. Days with call and weekends. Flexible work hour arrangements available. We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to cover in our lab Monday through Friday, with potential call coverage required on weekends and nights. This position is suited for individuals who are flexible and ready to support laboratory operations as needed. Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols. Ensure accurate and timely results for diagnostic purposes. Maintain laboratory equipment and assist with troubleshooting when necessary. Adhere to safety and quality standards in all laboratory activities. Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Valid certification as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS). Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
