The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Allendale seeking experienced Maintenance Managers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
- Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Optimize spare parts inventory and procurement processes to minimize downtime and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage departmental budget, track expenditures, and report on key performance indicators.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix) for managing work orders, preventive maintenance, and spare parts.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, RCM).
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA) relevant to industrial operations.
