RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Offrir un service client constant, courtois et efficace
- Préparer boissons et aliments selon les standards Starbucks et les préférences des clients
- Manipuler de l’argent et respecter les procédures (caisse, sécurité, politiques magasin)
- Maintenir un poste propre et organisé
- Exécuter différentes tâches opérationnelles durant le quart de travail
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- À l’aise avec le service à la clientèle, attitude positive
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à garder son calme en période achalandée
- Apprentissage rapide et bonne communication
