What Duties Will Help You Grow?
Creating, processing, and analyzing volume licensing contracts Supporting worldwide licensing and pricing contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy Reviewing agreements and Pricing sheet to help maintain quality and need established policies Supporting sales software licensing specialists internationally Recalculating products prices to not standard ones and other custom adjustments Assuring that pricing proposal has correct visibility, depending on custom adjustments done by Team member Working on standard agreement due to tool limitations or errors Team and queue management, end to end ownership of the team's delivery and queue Support Quality Audit on completed deals to maintain accuracy and zero defects Regular meetings with team and sharing feedback Identify training gaps and arrange knowledge refresher Backup for Delivery Manager and other leads Sharing daily report with managers and leadership Performance review for assigned processors Ability to deliver formal training, cross training on complex processes in a concise, organized manner to the team members, new hires as an ongoing operational activity
