Role purpose Drive revenue growth across the group by winning corporate and private-dining business, partnerships and events; develop new commercial channels and strategic relationships; and optimise sales processes to increase covers, F&B spend and long-term client value. Key responsibilities New business development: identify, prospect and close corporate accounts, hotels, DMCs, concierges, event planners and agency partners. Private dining & events: sell and upsell private dining, buyouts, off-site catering and branded events; manage RFPs and contractual terms. Partnership strategy: build commercial partnerships (wine importers, beverage brands, lifestyle partners, hotels) to drive group revenue and cross-promotions. Account management: retain and grow key accounts with regular relationship management, site visits and bespoke offers. Sales planning & pipeline: maintain CRM pipeline, forecast revenue, set targets and deliver monthly/quarterly sales plans. Commercial programmes: design corporate menus/packages, VIP programmes, seasonal offers and sales collateral. Pricing & yield: implement yield strategies for peak/low trading, private-dining minimums and event pricing. Collaboration: work closely with F&B, operations, events, marketing and finance to deliver client briefs and ensure margin targets. KPIs Private dining & events revenue and conversion rate Total sales revenue vs target (F&B and events) Average spend per booking / covers uplift ROI on partnership activations
