Une Semaine type d'un.e Adjoint.e à la maintenance :
- Appuyer le Superviseur Maintenance dans ses tâches quotidiennes et dans la recherche de solutions ;
- Responsable de l’achat et du suivi des fournisseurs pour les pièces requises pour les travaux de maintenance ;
- Rechercher des composantes, des alternatives et/ou des fournisseurs pour les besoins de la maintenance
- Approbation des factures pour les composantes ou services achetés par la maintenance
- Tenir à jour le logiciel de GMAO (guide Ti)
- Gérer le magasin de maintenance et son inventaire (min/max, identification, localisation, etc) ;
- Réaliser les prises d’inventaire de la maintenance et mette à jour le système informatique ;
- Responsable de la gestion des petits outils (remplacement vs réparation) ;
- Participe aux tournées d’usines pour le maintien du parc machine et soulève des opportunités d’amélioration ;
- Participe à l’achat et l’intégration des nouveaux d’équipements dans les usines ;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe à ses fonctions ;
- Participer à l’implantation et au maintien des 6S dans son secteur ;
Compétences recherchées :
- DEP électromécanique ou DEC en maintenance industrielle ou équivalence
- Minimum 3 années d’expérience
- Expérience en approvisionnement de composante de maintenance
- Connaissance logiciel GMAO et suite office
- Capacité en lecture de plan et interprétation de plans mécaniques
- Anglais écris et parlé fonctionnel
- Sentiment d’urgence
