These functions will be applied to specific client IT programs or across a large enterprise of federated programs developed by different organizations. The development environment is fast‑paced, spans the full application stack, and increasingly leverages agile development methodologies, DevSecOps tools and processes, and an expanding cloud‑based infrastructure.
