What you bring
Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including managing complex sales processes from lead generation to closure.
Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to support partner success and foster long-term partnerships.
Salesforce Expertise: Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage pipelines, leads, and sales data accurately.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving partner challenges, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Training & Enablement: Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in Salesforce, forecasting, and reporting.
Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment, with the ability to pivot and adjust strategies based on changing priorities.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to engage cross-functional teams to support partner success.

Key Responsibilities Driving Revenue (50%)
L2 Sales Support: Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams, address complex inquiries, offer best-practice insights, resolve challenges during the sales process, and provide resources to help partners close deals.
Lead Management: Manage all partner-referred leads and own the complete sales cycle, including tracking from initial contact to closure and timely follow-ups.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecasting for direct referrals to Remote and forecast partner revenue for GTM reporting.
On-the-Job Training: Design and deliver comprehensive on-the-job training for partner teams, covering product features, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
Sales Support Channel: Own the Slack sales support channel as the primary contact for partner inquiries, coordinating with DRIs as needed.
Building Processes & Reporting (15%)
Deal Closure and Salesforce Management: Ensure timely closure of deals and maintain accurate Salesforce records; routinely audit and update partner information.
Role Framework Iteration & Strategic Planning: Continuously iterate the role framework, plan partner success with a strategic plan for driving revenue and automation.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is
$85,300 - $191,900 USD
