From major festivals and sporting events to public sector projects, you'll help create compelling designs that engage customers, strengthen our brands, and support business growth. What You'll Be Doing As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands and customer experiences to life. Your responsibilities will include: Creating engaging, high-quality design concepts for marketing campaigns, tenders, sales presentations, customer proposals, digital assets and printed collateral. Designing creative content across both online and offline channels. Developing a deep understanding of our customers and creating designs that meet their needs while strengthening our brands. Supporting the development of new products, services and creative concepts. Managing and becoming the subject matter expert for our Customer Portal platform, ensuring best practice internally while delivering creative customer solutions. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to develop, maintain and protect our brand identity. Working alongside Sales to create compelling materials that support customer acquisition and revenue growth. Attending customer meetings where your creative expertise can add value. Staying up to date with industry trends, design best practices and emerging technologies, including AI-powered design tools. Supporting the wider design team during busy periods to ensure projects are delivered on time. Sharing ideas, knowledge and best practices with colleagues to continually raise creative standards. Training and mentoring new team members where required. Producing reports, analysing performance data and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Building strong relationships across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Contributing to process improvements and helping shape the future of our creative offering. Requirements What We're Looking For You'll be someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. We're looking for someone who has: At least 3 years' experience as a Graphic Designer. Advanced proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related applications). Experience using AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and enhance creative workflows. A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design. Excellent typography, layout and branding skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for great design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Confidence working independently in a fully remote environment. Reporting and analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into improvements. A customer-first mindset and the ability to understand commercial objectives. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience working within the events industry. Customer-facing experience. Knowledge of Sage (advantageous but not essential). Benefits Working With Us This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working as part of a highly collaborative team. The role will initially be offered as a 3-month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of extension for the right person. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, there will occasionally be periods that require additional flexibility and hours during peak demand.
