Rôle et responsabilités:
Ingénieur.e - Chef de projets manufacturier
Le/La Chef de projets est responsable de la planification, de l’exécution et de la performance globale des projets qui lui sont confiés. Le/La Chef de projets joue aussi un rôle clé dans la structuration et la maturité organisationnelle.
- Exécution de projets (gestion directe)
- Planification et démarrage de projets
- Gestion opérationnelle & administrative
- Gestion client
- Clôture de projet
- Supervision et encadrement des autres projets
- Gouvernance de portefeuille
- Encadrement des chargés de projets
- Gestion de la capacité (ressources, surchages, ajustements organisationnels, etc.)
- Mise en place de processus opérationnels standardisés (rôle PMO)
- Standardisation
- Amélioration continue
- Contrôle qualité
- Leadership et culture organisationnelle
- Contribuer à la planification stratégique de l’entreprise
Profil recherché
- Membre de l'OIQ OBLIGATOIRE.
- Détenir un diplôme en ingénierie industrielle, génie mécanique, ou un domaine connexe.
- Avoir au moins 6 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, de préférence dans un environnement manufacturier.
- Expérience dans le domaine agroalimentaire et/ou pharmaceutique (un atout).
- Expertise en gestion de projet, amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma), et maîtrise des outils informatiques.
- Green Belt Lean Six Sigma (optionnel)
- Black Belt Lean Six Sigma (optionnel)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) ou CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) (optionnel)
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en gestion d’équipe et en résolution de problèmes complexes.
- Connaissance des normes de sécurité et des réglementations en matière de production industrielle.
- Permis de conduire classe 5.
