The Data Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions that empower business decision-making. This role develops self‑service reporting capabilities, creates impactful data visualizations, and supports the adoption of analytics products through implementations and ad‑hoc requests. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen to deliver insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth. Primary Responsibilities
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex data in a clear, compelling way. Build and maintain self‑service reporting tools to enable stakeholders to access and explore data independently. Provide Operations with reports and projections to improve efficiency, quality, and business understanding. Ensure data quality and governance best practices are followed across all analytics products. Conduct data validation and quality assurance for accuracy and reliability. Work cross‑functionally to operationalize insights, improve workflows, and enhance customer experience. About You
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 2‑4 years of data analytics experience, self‑service report and dashboard development experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Power BI experience. Healthcare and claims domain experience strongly preferred. Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non‑technical audiences. Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with PySpark preferred. Experience with data visualization using Power BI (or similar tools). Experience developing self‑service reporting solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), with experience using Databricks for analytics or data processing; SSRS experience is a plus. Systems/Tools: MS Office, MS SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, Azure Databricks (preferred). About the Location

OncoHealth’s utilization management system, OneUM, our customers can use a single e‑Prior Authorization portal for all oncology drug request and treatments. Our system improves quality of care, reduces provider abrasion and gives health plans visibility into the total cost of oncology treatment. OncoHealth offers Oncology Insights Pro, an analytic software solution that enables health plans to use data and analytics to improve oncology programs. Using real world data, our engineers normalize data to create analytic dashboards with drill‑down compatibilities. The data is paired with expert guidance providing the strategies an insight needed to keep up with the continuing evolving cancer treatment landscape. OncoHealth offers Pharmacy Consulting services to health plans and pharmaceutical companies. New cancer treatments are entering the market at an unrelenting pace.
