Sales Development Representative , you will play a key role in driving new business growth by proactively engaging with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and prospect engagement Clearly articulate value proposition, features and benefits Build strong relationships and deliver a customer-first approach Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the product range Effectively negotiate win-win commercial outcomes Achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and margin targets Consistently meet or exceed all KPI metrics Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support targeted sales activity
What You'll Learn & Experience
This role offers a strong foundation for a successful career in sales, including: Building compelling customer propositions Understanding the full end-to-end sales cycle Developing and managing a high-performing sales pipeline Gaining commercial awareness and profitability insights Hands-on field training and customer visits with experienced colleagues In-depth knowledge of the facilities supplies market and growth categories
Qualifications & Experience
