The Mission We are looking for a Solution Architect to drive the development of next-generation AI-powered web applications. You will bridge the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures, building intelligent, production-ready applications that integrate LLMs, real-time data, and scalable cloud infrastructure. This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on full-stack development, helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions. What You Will Do Architect cloud-native AI applications, integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data. Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend. Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production. Lead cross-functional teams (Full-stack, AI, Data). Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices. Qualifications
Your Background 7+ years in software engineering, designing distributed systems Strong full-stack experience (React + FastAPI) Sharp product vision and UX/UI intuition Expert-level Python Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases Nice to Have Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog) Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen) Experience with Node.js full-stack Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams Additional Information
