Bilingual Compliance Administrative Coordinator - $23 Per Hour - Plano, Texas About the PositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Coordinator to support administrative and operational activities related to driver documentation, compliance tracking, and general office coordination.
Pay & Schedule- Pay Rate: $23 Per Hour
- Employment Type: Temp to Perm
- Tentative Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Experience within transportation or logistics is considered a plus; however, it is not required for the role.
- Maintain and organize records for active and terminated drivers.
- Support administrative follow-up related to driver files and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate and update internal databases, trackers, and operational records.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation processes.
- Provide support with reporting, file management, and daily administrative activities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
- At least 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience in administrative or coordinator-related positions.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage confidential information.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic to intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
