Na een vooral praktijkgerichte opleiding on-the-job sta je als payroll administrator | HR officer payroll in voor:
- De eindafwerking en de controle van de loonberekeningen van een toegewezen klantenportefeuille.
- Het uitvoeren en de controle van de aangiftes bedrijfsvoorheffing, DMFA-aangiftes en regularisaties.
- Het uitvoeren van de eindejaarswerken, de opmaak fiscale fiches en de controle hierop.
- Het opmaken, de controle en de verzending, van diverse rapporteringen ivm loonadministratie en aangiftes.
- Het geven van administratieve ondersteuning bij deze verwerkingen.
- Het beantwoorden en opvolgen van klantenvragen, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
- Het proactief en klantgericht onderhouden van de klantenrelaties.
- Het meehelpen-denken aan optimalisatie van processen.
Je wordt ondersteund met een bedrijfseigen software pakket waarin dagdagelijks geïnvesteerd wordt om up-to-date te zijn met de meest actuele sociale wetgeving.
Profiel - Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Gedreven schoolverlaters zijn welkom!
- Affiniteit met administratie is belangrijk.
- Je bent snel vertrouwd met nieuwe software toepassingen en digitale tools.
- Je bent een teamplayer, stressbestendig en hebt zin voor initiatief.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans envoelt je comfortabel in contact met klanten en collega's, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
