Als gedreven Service Advisor voel jij je thuis in de wereld van onderhoud en herstellingen en wil je klanten op een professionele manier verder helpen? Wil jij deel uitmaken van ons dynamische en professionele team?

Als Service Advisor ben je samen met je collega's de drijvende kracht binnen het After Sales-team.
Je hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je verwelkomt klanten die hun wagen binnenbrengen voor onderhoud of herstellingen en biedt hen uitstekende service.
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte coördinatie tussen de klanten, de werkplaats en eventueel andere afdelingen binnen de concessie.
- Je beheert de dagelijkse werkplaatsplanning en volgt de klantendossiers gedurende het gehele proces.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie en facturatie van de gepresteerde werkzaamheden en legt dit uit aan de klant.
- Je zorgt dat de klant een vervangwagen ter beschikking krijgt.
De plaats van tewerkstelling is Antwerpen.
ProfileKan jij het lijstje afvinken?
- Je hebt een diploma autotechniek of de nodige ervaring in de automotive sector.
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de automotive sector.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig.
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands, Engels en Frans zijn een pluspunt.
- Je bent flexibel, organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig.
- Je hebt een klantvriendelijke en commercieel ingestelde houding.
