Maintenance Supervisor Location: Wexford Salary: €55,000-€60,000 DOE + Pension & Life Assurance The Company Our client is a successful and growing manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality and reliability.

The Role This is a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career or an established supervisor seeking a new challenge.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a team of maintenance technicians while playing a key role in ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing Leading and supporting the maintenance team on a day-to-day basis.
Driving preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment uptime.
Coordinating maintenance schedules and team rotas.
Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency projects across the site.
Assisting with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs..
Supporting spare parts management, maintenance planning, and project work.
Stepping in for the Maintenance Manager when required.
What We're Looking For Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Technician and at least 2 years' experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
Strong mechanical knowledge, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and automation along with good electrical fault-finding skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
