The Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will represent well-known charity partners through engaging, face-to-face campaigns.
You will work in residential areas and at organised events, building genuine connections with the public and inspiring long- term support.
Your Responsibilities Engage with members of the public through door-to-door and event-based campaigns Present and promote respected charity brands professionally Deliver confident, persuasive face-to-face presentations Achieve daily and weekly performance targets Work closely with your team and team leader Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions Contribute ideas and strategies to improve campaign performance Pay and Benefits Guaranteed base salary of €600 per week Uncapped commission and performance bonuses On-target earnings: €45,000€50,000+ per year 28 days paid annual leave Fully paid training and mentoring programme Clear career progression: Fundraiser to Team Leader to Manager Structured leadership development opportunities Wellness programme and employee support initiatives Regular company events and team-building activities Supportive, high-energy working environment Who Were Looking For Previous door-to-door or face-to-face sales experience Confident and outgoing communication style Target-driven and self-motivated xyswxtq Resilient, positive, and adaptable Eligible to work in Ireland Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Why Join Trinity Marketing?
