Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Responsable de la gouvernance et de la performance pour rejoindre notre équipe de Gestion de la Configuration de programme basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe Programme A220, au coeur du processus de changement de configuration avion.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Programme Gestion de Configuration - Intégration transverse et Amélioration chargée du processus de gestion de changement de configuration, de sa définition, de son exécution, de sa mesure et de son amélioration.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant que Responsable de la gouvernance et de la performance sera de soutenir la gestion opérationnelle de la configuration, en dirigeant les comités de changement et en apportant des améliorations relatives à ces derniers.

Vos défis :
Diriger les comités de décision hebdomadaires sur les changements de configuration : vous êtes responsable de la conduite de ces comité de décision, de l’établissement des ordres du jour, de la préparation et de la qualité de la présentation avec tous les chefs de projet (plus de 50), de l'organisation des réunions et de la mise en œuvre des actions ;
Assister et guider le responsable opérationnel et hôte du comité de gestion de changement de configuration dans la préparation des revues, en veillant à ce que tous les sujets soient prêts et mûrs pour la prise de décision ;
Contrôler la mise en œuvre des actions dans les délais impartis ;
Recommander et exécuter les initiatives d’amélioration continue de l'exécution des comités de décision et du processus de gestion des changements ;
Gérer la performance du processus de changement : recommander et définir des indicateurs de performance clés, analyser la performance mensuelle, qualifier les écarts, assurer la liaison avec d'autres fonctions pour garantir l'harmonisation de la mesure de la performance ;
S'assurer que les règles du processus de changement de configuration sont suivies et respectées, surveiller l'adhésion au processus et effectuer des contrôles ;
Renforcer l'analyse des causes profondes en appliquant la méthodologie de résolution des problèmes et améliorer la qualité de l'exécution du processus de gestion des changements de configuration ;
Définir, piloter et suivre les initiatives d'amélioration de la performance et de la qualité pour soutenir les objectifs du programme et viser l'excellence ;
Organiser des réunions d'évaluation des performances au sein de notre organisation et être responsable de son plan de communication dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise avec nos principales parties prenantes.
Votre profil :
Vous avez un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, administration ou l'équivalent ;
Vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un domaine pertinent ;
Vous faites preuve d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication, y compris la capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients internes et externes ;
Vous avez un e sprit de collaboration, êtes autonome et structuré, et faites preuve de leadership ;
Vous avez la capacité à communiquer clairement des informations et à motiver les membres de l'équipe ;
Vous avez la capacité à prendre des initiatives et à obtenir des résultats, y compris avec des niveaux hiérarchiques plus élevés ;
Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et êtes autonome ;
Vous avez de solides compétences en matière d'analyse de données et de résolution de problèmes ;
Vous êtes bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Governance and Performance Lead to join our Program Configuration Management team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work within the A220 Program team, at the heart of the Configuration Change Process.
You will be part of the Transverse Integration and Improvement Program Configuration Team responsible for the Configuration Change Process, to define it, run it, measure and improve it.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Governance and Performance Lead will be to support the Configuration Operational Management, by leading change boards and drive improvements relative to them.
To carry out your activities, you will work closely with the Program Configuration Operational manager and the HO Program Conf.

Your challenges:
Lead weekly Configuration Change Decision Boards: you are responsible for leading and managing the board, setting agendas, ensure readiness and quality of the presentation with all project leaders (50+), running meetings and drumbeating actions;
Assist and guide the Configuration Change Board chairman in preparing the board, ensuring all topics are ready and mature for decision;
Control delivery of actions in a timely manner;
Recommend and execute continuous improvement related to the Decision Boards execution and Change Management Process;
Manage Performance of the Change Process: recommend and define KPI, analyze monthly performance, qualify gaps, liaise with other functions to ensure harmonization in the performance measurement;
Ensure Configuration Change Process Gate are followed and respected, monitor process adherence and perform controls;
Strengthen root cause analysis applying problem solving methodology and improve quality in the Configuration Change Management Process execution;
Define, drive and track performance and quality improvement initiatives to support the program objectives and aim for excellence;
Execute performance review meetings within our organization and be responsible for its communication plan throughout the company to our key stakeholders.
Your boarding pass:
You hold a university degree in engineering, administration or the equivalent;
You have a minimum of 10 years experience in a relevant field;
You demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers;
