The role is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values./ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities:/h3pThe essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:/pulliProven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance;/liliDemonstrates care and compassion for people; shows empathy and concern. Able to build and maintain positive team relationships, relates well to diverse people; is approachable;/liliMaintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety;/liliAssists the cooks with making specific dishes;/liliFills and re-stocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks;/liliFollows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation and all saved recall transactions;/liliResponsible for personal Cashier Productivity;/liliTakes food orders in person and by telephone;/liliAll other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Customer Service:/h3ulliDemonstrates personal Customer Service excellence. Engages with customers always;/liliImproves speed and efficiency of service provided./li/ulh3Skills and Qualifications:/h3ulliValid Food Handlers Card;/liliCustomer Service and retail experience desirable./li/ulh3Physical Demands and Work Conditions:/h3pThe physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
