CSA Project Manager (Amsterdam) CSA Project Manager required to work for one of Europes leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a large Data Centre project in Amsterdam.

You will be reporting directly into the Project Director.

Responsibilities: Lead and overseeCSA work packagesincludingstructural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing.
Oversee, track, and develop strategies for managing project costs, budgets, workforce resources, commissioning processes, and overall project performance.
Lead the setup of CSA activities, ensuring that optimal meeting, reporting documentation, and scheduling practices are established from the beginning.
Maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders, including the client and design teams, to support project success.
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by focusing on project cost, scope, and timeline objectives.
Actively monitor the projects health and safety standards, as well as the teams culture and behaviour.
Track and guarantee that project quality targets are consistently met and surpassed.
Requirements Degree in a relevant Engineering or Construction discipline.
8 years+ experience in a similar role.
Experience leading large CSA construction teams.
Experience working on Data Centre projects would be highly beneficial.
Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. xyswxtq
IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
