Project Manager Residential Development A Project Manager is required for a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering the full civil works package on a large-scale residential development just outside Ennis, Co.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing company and take ownership of a flagship residential project from construction through to completion.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and residential infrastructure projects and will be responsible for leading the delivery of all civil works, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties: Manage the delivery of all civil works on a large-scale residential development outside Ennis.
Oversee site operations and coordinate engineers, site management teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and programme requirements.
Develop and monitor project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Manage project budgets, costs, procurement, and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and profitability.
Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, utility providers, and other project stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained across all site activities.
Oversee quality assurance procedures and ensure all works are delivered to specification.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues in a proactive and timely manner.
Mentor and support site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements: 7+ years' experience in a Project Manager role within civil engineering, infrastructure, or residential development projects.
Strong track record delivering civil works packages on residential or infrastructure developments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and programmes.
Thorough understanding of Irish construction contracts, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
Full driving licence.
Salary and Benefits: Salary circa €85k€100k depending on experience.
Company vehicle / vehicle allowance.
