The project and the team You will work on a cloud-native enterprise platform supporting AI-driven and data-intensive business applications for a global consulting organization.
The platform consists of:
Modern cloud infrastructure deployed across multiple environments
Containerized applications running on Kubernetes
Secure networking and private connectivity architecture
AI and data services integrated into business workflows
CI/CD and infrastructure automation pipelines
Your primary focus will be DevOps and cloud platform engineering, including infrastructure automation, Kubernetes operations, cloud networking, and platform reliability. Additionally, you will support engineering teams with delivery processes, security, and operational excellence.

Infrastructure & IaC: Terraform, Terraform Cloud
Cloud: Azure (AKS, ACR, App Services, Key Vault, Front Door, Application Gateway, Storage Accounts, OpenAI, VNets, Private Endpoints, DNS, NSGs, Load Balancing, Subnets)
Containers & Platform: Kubernetes (AKS), Docker
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitHub Private Runners
Monitoring & Observability: Datadog, Azure Application Insights
Databases: Azure SQL Serverless, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Cosmos DB, Snowflake (integration)
Security & Identity: Entra ID, Managed Identities, Okta
Automation: Bash, PowerShell, Python

We work on multiple interesting projects at a time, so it may happen that we’ll invite you to an interview for another project if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.
Your role This is a hands-on cloud platform engineering role combining infrastructure automation, Kubernetes operations, cloud networking, and DevOps practices.
You will:
Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terraform Cloud.
Manage Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, Private Endpoints, DNS zones, and NSGs.
Manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Manage container build, deployment, and release processes.
Implement monitoring and observability solutions.
Support incident analysis and root‑cause investigations.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams.
Promote an automation-first and DevOps culture across engineering teams.
Participate in technical discovery, proof‑of‑concepts, and architecture discussions.
Do we have a match? As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you must meet the following criteria:
Minimum 7+ years of commercial experience
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services including:
AKS, ACR, App Services, Key Vault, Front Door, Application Gateway, Storage Accounts
VNets, Private Endpoints, DNS, NSGs, Load Balancing, Subnets
Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Hands‑on experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
Experience with Docker and container lifecycle management.
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog, Azure Application Insights, or similar).
Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python).
Experience with cloud security, identity, and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
Experience with Git and modern software delivery practices (e.g., GitOps, trunk‑based development, DevSecOps).
Knowledge of computer networks.
Professional‑level English proficiency (minimum C1).
Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the following nice‑to‑haves:
Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD).
Terraform certification.
Experience with cloud cost optimization and governance.
Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or data platforms.
Experience with MLOps, Azure AI services, Databricks, or similar AI/data technologies.
