Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Tech On-site – Andover, MA
Estimated compensation: 80,000 – 116,000 USD per year
Responsibilities
Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds.
Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as‑found conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
Respond effectively to all emergencies.
Prepare and submit summary reports listing conditions found and recommend actions.
Become familiar with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other building‑related equipment.
Comply with all safety procedures, maintain housekeeping and safety of work areas, and identify hazards.
Maintain compliance with State, County, or City ordinances, codes, or laws.
Support after‑hours building related activity as required.
Attend periodic training seminars.
Perform other operational tasks as may be assigned.
Use tools provided to perform assigned work scope.
Required Qualifications
Universal EPA 608 Certification.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
Valid state driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
Availability for on‑call duties and overtime as required.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems, operations and calibrations.
Knowledge of BMS and automation controls and systems.
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application.
Experience managing work orders and utilizing CMMS technology.
Experience working in a service‑related role specific to commercial facilities.
This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
