- Het met ons bedenken en uitvoeren van de verkoopstrategieën van het bedrijf.
- Het bezoeken van klanten en het werven van nieuwe klanten.
- Het uitbouwen van samenwerkingen en het goed zorgen voor duurzame relaties.
- Het identificeren en bezoeken van relevante klant- en relatie-netwerken.
- Het beheersen van de verkoopcyclus, inclusief analyses van klantbehoeften.
- Het beheersen van technische oplossingen in het offerte- en verkoopproces.
- Het voeren van de onderhandelingen en meedenken bij complexe sales-situaties.
- Het in kaart brengen (en houden) van markten, trends en concurrenten.
- Het vertegenwoordigen van Bridges op beurzen en (client-)evenementen.
- Het wekelijks rapporteren aan het bestuur omtrent over de voortgang van sales.
- Denkt en handelt op HBO- of WO-niveau, resultaat gericht is en een teamplayer is.
- Enkele jaren ervaring heeft in de markt van verhuur van tijdelijke bruggen en gangways.
- Aantoonbare affiniteit heeft met de offshore en/of maritieme sector.
- Over een goed begrip van verkoopprocessen beschikt met een sterke klantgerichte mindset.
- Prima communicatieve vaardigheden heeft en goed is in het leggen van contacten.
- Actief wil en kan zijn in de marktontwikkeling en interesse heeft in innovatie.
- Ook analytisch denkt en zo technische oplossingen in het salesproces uit kan leggen.
- Ervaren is om zelfstandig te werken en bereid is tot nemen van eigenaarschap.
- Proactief, sterk in teamwork, leervermogen, en veerkrachtig in een snelle omgeving.
- Vloeiend is in het spreken en schrijven in het Nederlands en in het Engels.
