Locum / Contract Licensure/Certifications:
Must be TEE certified; fellowship in CV anesthesia or equivalent required; Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography testamur or equivalent. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years CV anesthesia experience if fellowship-trained; or fellowship in CV anesthesia preferred.

What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care for open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart surgeries. Support general OR cases, supervising CRNAs as needed. Assist with intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE). Collaborate with cardiac surgeons and perioperative team members. Cover on-call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain and uphold patient safety and best practice standards.
What You Need Valid medical license or ability to obtain license in Nebraska Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology, with a CV fellowship preferred TEE certification (required) Minimum of 5 years of CV anesthesia experience or fellowship training with testamur in Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography Strong interpersonal and communication skills
