Associate Business Analyst – Analyst I - Operations Location: California
Compensation Range: $60,000-$90,000 per year
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze information on specific business problems or procedures and recommend solutions as required
Develop and maintain performance reports and consult with management about format, distribution and purpose
Review management reports and make specific suggestions based on the report
Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and rollout of newly implemented systems or processes
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
Qualifications
2‑4 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Must be a self‑starter and quick learner
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and setbacks
Adaptability
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
