We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and goal-oriented Wellness Coordinator to join our team! This is not a traditional front desk positionit's a customer-focused role where building relationships and confidently educating patients about chiropractic care, wellness plans, and treatment recommendations are key to success. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment, and is motivated by achieving sales goals while delivering an exceptional patient experience. If you're friendly, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to earn hourly pay plus commission, we'd love to meet you! Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with patients by confidently recommending wellness plans, memberships, and care packages. Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales goals through patient education and exceptional customer service. Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately Greet, check in, and engage every patient, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients with questions and membership needs. Re-engage inactive patients and members through phone calls, texts, and other outreach efforts. Assist with local marketing initiatives, community events, and patient outreach. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Office management or marketing experience is a plus What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Naturally outgoing and enjoys talking to people. Comfortable asking for the sale and recommending memberships. Motivated by goals, bonuses, and commission. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with strong communication skills. Retail, hospitality, fitness, or sales experience is a plus. Schedule Weekend availability is required and is not optional. Applicants must be available to work full-day shifts (10:00 AM7:00 PM) and have open availability to work weekdays and weekends as scheduled.
