Serving millions of customers in over 170 countries on 6 continents, with a network of hundreds of thousands of pay locations and offices strategically located around the world.
Territory: Chicago area
The District Manager reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer and has functional responsibility for the development, implementation, and operational management of the district field sales force, agent management team, and agent activations. The District Manager will have full P&L responsibility for his/her assigned geographical area of responsibility. Through the leadership of a team of Sales Representatives and Territorial Manager, the District Manager will be responsible for developing the agent network by adding productive points of distribution necessary to serve as well as selling ancillary products and services (e.g. check cashing, money orders, bill payment, prepaid products, etc.) to consumers through agent network.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Responsible for developing and executing all strategic and tactical elements of a district plan to ensure that our client achieves profitable revenue growth, continues to increase market share, and develops new selling/agent management competencies
- Confirm, communicate, and implement goals and strategies for district sales force and agent management teams.
- Create and establish a strategic business building plan to build a highly competitive sales and agent management organization that effectively interfaces with all agents and customers of the business.
- Support the development of staff and teams to support strategic growth by developing and implementing training tools and processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or combination of relevant education and experience (experience in banking or finance)
- Must have industry experience within the payment and money transfer services
- Must have advanced skills in speaking and reading Spanish
- Must have excellent communications and organizational skills, along with the ability to fully utilize CRM software and be proficient in other technologies
