We're looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team, ensure high-quality service, and drive operational excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects from start to finish
  • Manage, train, and schedule mitigation technicians and crew members
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry standards
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols
  • Track job progress, documentation, and job profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in water mitigation or restoration
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • IICRC WRT certification desired (ASD and other certifications a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours when needed

At SERVPRO of Rio Rancho and SERVPRO of South Albuquerque, we're part of the nationally recognized SERVPRO brandknown for its rapid response, professional restoration, and industry-leading service. We're seeking a skilled Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team and ensure every job meets the highest standards in the business.

What you'll do:

  • Manage all aspects of water damage mitigation projects from initial call to completion
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of mitigation technicians
  • Coordinate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Maintain equipment inventory and job site readiness
  • Ensure IICRC and SERVPRO processes and protocols are followed
  • Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, ensure compliance, and manage job profitability

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in water mitigation or restoration services
  • Management/supervisory experience preferred
  • IICRC WRT certification preferred (ASD and other certs a plus)
  • Familiarity with SERVPRO systems (DryBook, Xactimate, WorkCenter) preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to be on-call and respond to after-hours emergencies
