What You'll Do:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our clients relationships, sales and service operations running smoothly while delivering a high standard of customer service and administrative support:
- Prepare accurate quotes and invoices for customer orders and service work
- Collaborate closely with field technicians and account managers to validate client details and ensure quote accuracy
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to services, billing, scheduling, and documentation
- Support inside sales activities through customer follow-up, order coordination, and accounts administration
- Coordinate and support day-to-day branch administrative activities (including Thunder Bay operation)
- Manage administrative processes including technical report editing, recordkeeping, and document filing
- Maintain a high standard of internal and external customer service in every interaction
- Provide ongoing administrative support to Branch and Regional teams as needed
- Demonstrate safety leadership by following company HSE policies, procedures, and best practices in all activities

What You Bring:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced service, administrative, customer support, or coordination environment
- Experience in industrial, construction, trades, or technical service industries is considered an asset
- An educational background in business administration, fire protection, construction , or a related field is considered an asset
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and client-focused
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Successful candidates will be required to provide a current Criminal Record Check
