They are looking for a Treasury Manager to join their team! 20 days vacation ~ DC Pension Plan eligibility to join after 1 year of employment ~ Flexible health and dental benefits plan Actively participate and contribute to a team of finance and risk professionals responsible for Securities' liquidity risk management to ensure there are sufficient liquidity reserves to meet the needs of both regulatory and internal liquidity metrics. Support the Senior Treasury Manager in managing and maintaining a robust forecasting process in support of the management and instructions of the Wholesale liquidity needs, including Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Cumulative Cashflows (NCCF), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and internal requirements. Be a key advisor on the liquidity position to ensure that businesses have actional insights and recommendations that could mitigate liquidity risk while achieving business line objectives. Provide insights and analysis to continuously improve the liquidity management and to advise senior management. Support the Senior Treasury Manager on important liquidity initiatives, including annual policy reviews, regulatory inquiries, and ad hoc funding and liquidity analyses. Ensure that appropriate policies, procedures, and accountabilities are documented and followed to maintain an effective and well-controlled process. Collaborate closely with other Wholesale Liquidity pillars, including 'Assumptions & Methodologies' and 'Liquidity Applications & Implementations', to ensure successful management of new products/ assumptions implementations or technology changes. Demonstrated Experience – Experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Liquidity Risk Management, and/or Finance/Accounting ~ 5-7 years of experience in related fields of finance, accounting, treasury, capital markets. ~ Post-secondary degree in Finance, Business, Risk and/or Economics. ~ CPA, FRM, CFA, MBA Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
