About the role As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will guide and support a high-performing backend engineering team. This role combines technical knowledge with leadership, enabling you to influence engineering practices, drive delivery, and contribute to the evolution of backend systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, design, and quality assurance to ensure projects are executed effectively and with technical rigor.
Tech stack The backend is primarily built on
C# and .NET , with a
microservices architecture . Development follows
DevOps best practices , containerization, and observability principles to ensure reliability and scalability.
What will you do
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a productive and collaborative culture.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet objectives.
Provide technical guidance and support best practices across the team.
Contribute to system architecture and design, focusing on scalability and maintainability.
Act as a technical advisor on complex challenges and guide problem-solving efforts.
Support career development of team members through coaching and mentorship.
Ideally you bring
Strong background in backend development and distributed systems.
Hands-on leadership or mentoring experience with engineering teams.
Solid understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
