Administering medications to residents while adhering to the 5 Rights Reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator Communicating changes in resident conditions to the charge nurse and updating physicians and family members as needed Assisting CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities Performing other duties as requested Requirements for this role include: Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin LPN license Current CPR/BLS certification required Need 1 year experience in setting Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
