Job Summary Lead the global TME/AE team for product development and validation. Work with marketing for direct customer engagements, and coordinate with backend and field teams for customer support. Establish production roadmap, business strategy, and oversee product release. Responsibilities Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer design projects. Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships. Co‑work with marketing team for business strategy and execution. Coordinate cross‑functional team from definition to release for product development. Qualifications Hands‑on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug techniques. Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture. Strong problem‑solving capabilities. Fluent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Self‑motivated and strong leadership. Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed‑signal IC company desired. MSEE or higher required. Location San Jose, CA Salary Base salary range: $155,000 - $205,000 (California) Benefits Health care coverage, dental and vision, life and disability protection. Employees in sales positions may be eligible for incentive bonuses. Employees in certain positions may be eligible for stock compensation.
