Sommaire du poste
Relevant du Directeur, Services alimentaires, le Superviseur, Cuisine dirige les activités du service alimentaire en cuisine afin de fournir aux résidents une alimentation équilibrée en tenant compte de leurs besoins et du Guide Alimentaire Canadien tout en respectant les budgets alloués. Il participe à la gestion des ressources humaines, financières et techniques du service. Il est responsable de l'organisation de la cuisine et participe à la préparation des repas.
Exigences
- DEC en technique de gestion des services alimentaires et de restauration, DEP en cuisine d’établissement, DEP en cuisine professionnelle ou l’équivalent
- 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste de gestion des services alimentaires
- Capacité de supervision
- Capacité à faire du travail physique et à soulever des charges
- Flexibilité au niveau des horaires (fin de semaine selon la rotation établie avec l’équipe de gestion en place)
