The VP, Business Development, is a senior leader responsible for executing and delivering best-in-class new business pitches for Publicis Connected Media. This role partners closely with senior business development leadership to bring pitch strategy to life and owning select new business opportunities end-to-end. This role requires strong storytelling execution, seamless coordination, and flawless delivery across pitch components. You will be part of a New Yorkbased team and play a critical role in managing pitch workstreams and teams across Connected Media new business efforts.

Qualifications

10+ years of media agency or related experience, with hands-on involvement in business development or pitching

Proven experience owning and leading new business pitches

Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Collaborative leadership style with experience working across functions and disciplines

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action

Strong desire to grow into broader business development and leadership roles over time
