We are seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) to join our client Managed Service Provider (MSP) firm. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hackensack, NJ. As a vCIO, you will be instrumental in managing and directing the IT infrastructure and strategic initiatives for our client organizations, ensuring their technological alignment with business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- IT Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of IT solutions that align with the business goals and objectives of client organizations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to understand and address their technology needs and challenges.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide expert advice on IT investments, risk management, and technology-related issues.
- Emerging Technologies: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols and data protection regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on all IT matters.
- IT Leadership Experience: Proven experience in IT leadership or senior management roles, with a successful track record in driving IT initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures.
- Strategic and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for devising creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Project Management Ability: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the Real Estate, Health Care, or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
